Parents evening follow up
My apologies once again for the difficulties that some of you faced this evening when trying to access the meeting with your child’s Teacher.
I have contacted our ICT support team to request their help, in order to resolve the problem.
It would be helpful if you could you let me know, by sending me an email to this address: email@example.com how you attempted to access your consultation meeting this evening, and if you were successful.
By that I mean, did you use your personal google login, or your child’s google Login, and were you successful or not?
I will pass this information on to our support team tomorrow with the hope that this will help them to diagnose the problem.
As I said in my email earlier this evening, if you were unable to meet with your child’s Teacher this evening, we will be in contact with you to reschedule.
